Workshop
Roman Hamisky has been working for over twenty years on creating his metal and wood artworks. A part of this workshop is now dedicated to the renovation and restoration of contemporary art pieces with a workshop manager and a dedicated team.
Renowned artistic heritage
Both the son and grandson of sculptors, Roman Hamisky was introduced to metalworking at a young age by his grandmother, Claude Lalanne. For over 15 years, he honed his craft in the workshop of Claude and François-Xavier Lalanne, perfecting a practice deeply rooted in his family heritage.
Know-how
Roman Hamisky runs the renovation & restoration workshop with Jérôme Blandin, former assistant to Claude and François-Xavier Lalanne for 18 years. Together, they perpetuate the tradition of renowned expertise. Renovations take place in the workshop or directly at the homes of collectors or private foundations, in France and abroad.
Transmission
At the heart of the Restoration and Renovation workshop, the intelligence of the hand and the richness of a multidisciplinary team is showcased. It is this collective energy, based on sharing and exchange, that gives rise to authentic renovations.
